[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide leave case management system to improve efficiency and ensure
legal compliance in processing a variety of employee leave types with varying levels of
complexity by a small number of designated human resources office personnel. The
proposed software should facilitate centralized intake and administration of all leave related
absences with secured hosting to include the following features and functionality:
• Calculate leave eligibility and entitlement based on federal law, state law or MCSO policy.
• Provide real-time calculation of time used and time remaining to track continuous or intermittent leave.
• Offer 100% compliance with FMLA with consistent application of FMLA policies.
• Support integration with current HRIS systems.
• Offer intuitive methods to upload, manage, and generate reports of employee data.
• Allow MCSO leave case supervisors to set user permissions for system access.
• Offer standard and MCSO customizable automated workflow tasks and reminders associated with a variety of leave case types.
• Facilitate monitoring and tracking of follow-up appointments to trigger contact with employee for updates on leave needs.
• Provide statistical trend data for leave-related absences by department, employee, work location.
• Search, filter, and sort data by varying criteria including department, location, and date range.
• Report on lost work time and trends.
• Offer training and training materials for the offered system.
• Provide implementation assistance and options for initial training for human resources staff.
• Provide standard letters, brochures, and other leave-related communications which
can be customized by the MCSO for use by the organization.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 25, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
