[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a contract for international medical insurance services for 4,500 or more participants annually in study abroad programs and student international travel. The University also provides the outlined coverage and services to study abroad faculty and staff to the government authority located in Arizona.
- The scope of such services, as outlined, but not limited to, below, shall be available to all Participants or faculty or staff:
A. Health Insurance Coverage and Services
• Accidental Death and Dismemberment per Insured at $20,000
• Medical Expense (per Accident or Sickness)
• Deductible at $0
• Basic Medical at $250,000 at 100%
• Mental and Nervous Benefit, to include counselling
• Inpatient covered at 100% up to $15,000 maximum
• Outpatient covered at 100% up to $5,000 maximum
• Bedside Visits
• Emergency medical care at all facilities
B. 24 Hour Medical, Travel, and Technical Assistance which may include some or all of the following:
• Medical referral service
• Medical monitoring
• Prescription drug replacement/shipment
• Guarantee of payment for hospitalization costs
• Obtaining emergency cash
C. Emergency Medical Evacuation/Repatriation Coverage and Services
• Emergency Medical Evacuation/Repatriation Cover at $250,000
• Return of Mortal Remains at $50,000
• Repatriation of Personal Belongings
D. Political/Natural Disaster Evacuation Coverage and Services
• Political/Natural Disaster Evacuation Coverage at $100,000
• Aggregate limit per any one covered event at $5,000,000
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
