(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic document management system to provide an electronic document management system software application solution, including all software, software integration, licensing, connectivity, implementation, support, training, documentation and other services,
- City Hosted, Software as a Service and Combination of City Hosted and SaaS,
- Includes technology and implementation planning, detailed design, software integration, design and implementing minimal software modifications, application interfaces, acceptance testing, training, City user and technical documentation, project management, warranty and annual application and maintenance support.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
