[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits consulting services to provide strategic consulting, multiyear strategy development, claims management or cost control services, assistance with bid and renewal processes of various vendors, plan compliance, employee communication and annual routine services to the government authority located in Marana, AZ.
- Perform the services necessary to market insurance coverage that the Town deems is in its best interest.
- Develop a complete understanding of the Town’s benefit programs and their objectives for both the short- and long-term.
- Provide analysis on claims experience and overall financial plan performance, and a recommendation for premium rates for the upcoming plan year.
- Attend meetings of the town’s benefits committee, assist in the presentation, and follow up with the human resource department with any needed information or data.
- Attend council meetings associated with selection and approval of vendor contracts.
- Assist in problem resolution with providers.
- Perform other services customarily expected of a broker for the duration of the contract term.
- Perform other related services on an “as needed” basis.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2020.
(3) The term of contract will be three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
