(1) Vendor needs to provide a test specifically developed, tested, validated and normed nationally and regionally for the entry level police officer hiring processes, perform a job analysis of essential knowledge, skills and abilities, police officer position and align the findings of the job analysis with the components and items of the test, etc. to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 12, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
