- Increased capacity of case managers home visitors to recognize and support the behavioural, emotional, mental health needs of children and families
- Increased capacity of case manager home visitors to support families in creating emotionally safe
environments for children
- Reduce the negative impact on families with complex needs such as substance use, mental illness,
and domestic violence
