[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community testing services for COVID-19 to provide all required staffing, testing supplies, personal protective equipment, and laboratory tests as may be needed to satisfy a work assignment, however contractors may not be disqualified due to their inability to provide one or more of these items at the county’s sole discretion to the government authority located in Maricopa, AZ.
- Contractor shall include information on marketing materials that, at minimum, includes valid phone number for people to call to request assistance with registering for a community testing event
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 18, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
