[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee industrial health and related services include workers’ compensation, pre-employment screening and immunizations, department of transportation random drug and alcohol testing, annual testing and medical examinations, and post incident testing, tuberculosis skin test conversions, mask fit testing, and fitness for duty testing to the government authority located in Maricopa, AZ.
- To protect employees against health hazards in their work environment
- To facilitate the placement and ensure the suitability of individuals according to their physical
capacities and mental abilities in work which they can perform with an acceptable degree of
efficiency and without endangering their own health and safety or that of their fellow employees
- To assure adequate medical care and rehabilitation of the occupationally ill and injured
- To encourage personal health maintenance
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2020.
