[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development registration and course management software.
- Create multiple kinds of users (employee, member district, out of district and business anchor) - a profile with name, birth month & day (to avoid creating duplicate accounts), email, certification expiration date, district/business/organization name, program etc.
- Registration setup checkboxes for personal interests
- View upcoming course
- View/Print course history and pdf certifications
- Register for upcoming courses
- Cancel upcoming courses.
- Leave course feedback/reviews/evaluations
- Upload course homework and receive feedback and status.
- Allow the participant to add a guest name & email on a specific event
- Auto-fill/auto-send emails to participants for reminders, thank you, invoice due, new courses of interest etc.
- Create and manage courses
- Create access control lists so that users have tiered permissions
- Select the audience to view the course
- Advertise similar courses based on registrant’s history
- Ability to generate reports and customize query for data within
- Ability to add course completed data to user acct
- Integration with email campaign software-open to vendor recommendations.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
