[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide job classification and employee compensation study service to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ.
- review and understand the compensation philosophy and review the pay policies, practices, pay schedule, job description and classification or compensation structure
- conduct an employee benefits survey form the applicable market comparators
- develop evaluation, cost estimate and risk assessment for resolving any inconsistencies between internal equity and external competitiveness
- recommend an implementation strategy to include a communication plan
- conduct a comprehensive compensation survey of the applicable labour market.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
