[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive community needs assessment service on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Analyze information collected directly from low-income individuals.
- Utilize information gathered from key sectors of the community in assessing needs and resources to include at a minimum: community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, private sector, public sector, and educational institutions.
- Conduct a community assessment and issue a report every 3 years.
- Collect and include current data specific to poverty and its prevalence related to gender, age, and race/ethnicity.
- Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data on its service area.
- Includes key findings on the causes and conditions of poverty and the needs within the service area.
- Governing board formally accepts the completed assessment.
- Informs an outcome based, anti-poverty focused Community Action plan.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2020
