[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits consulting and actuarial services to provide a wide array of benefits consulting and actuarial services to the city, health care task force, health care benefits trust board and benefits staff to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- The contractor will be responsible for helping the city’s benefit plan administrators stay informed of any current or pending legal requirements which may impact the administration of the benefits program
- Solutions and services shall be tailored to the city’s unique culture and needs
- The city provides benefits to approximately 40,000 members consisting of employees, retirees and eligible family members including qualified domestic partners of same or opposite gender
- Contractor’s senior staff specialized in actuarial, pharmacy and other benefit technical areas must attend all task force and all trust board meetings in an advisory capacity
- Provide a monthly billing with a detailed accounting of hours worked on behalf of the city to include, the name of the staff member performing work, description of work performed, the date and hours work was performed
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 8, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
