Vendor needs to provide digital management consultant services to oversee the implementation of its enterprise asset management system and its billing and customer information system to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
- These tasks are crucial to water’s ability to sustain cultural changes that reach past the two software implementations
- The work consists of change management, communication planning, and process management documentation
- This includes, but is not limited to, asset information, customer relations, and revenue collection functions, all of which are shared between departments involved
- The work of the Department is supported by an integrated IT infrastructure
- Systems are integrated across the Department
- Data for decision-making is readily available and easily accessible
- Systems will be configured to minimize internal support requirements, allowing staff to focus on the business applications of the data.
- The Program Manager shall have skills for optimal use of systems that are readily transferable, allowing business users to become self-sufficient quickly

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
