[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Consultant to work with our Assistive Technology Team to provide the following services,
- Provide training and mentorship to the new Lead and Assistive Technology coordinator,
- Provide expertise in use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication devices to better support students,
- Guide early interventions for students newly identified through child find,
- In collaboration with assistive technology/augmentative and alternative communication team members identify our 3 year plan and 5 year plan,
- Collaborating with assistive technology team to refine standard operating procedures,
- Completing augmentative and alternative communication team SOPs, drafting a job description for augmentative and alternative communication facilitator,
- Helping create video mini-trainings/follow-ups accessible online for district staff,
- Organizing support materials to create an accessible database for district access and
- Planning and supporting changes in Extended School Year programming for students with complex communication needs, etc. to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
