[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based human capital management system to centralize data, reduce redundant and manual processing, and lower administrative costs.
- ability for employees to self- serve; an applicant tracking system; on-boarding/off-boarding processes; a performance management workflow and/or system, leave tracking; storage of employee employment files; benefits administration; and a time and attendance management system
- Tracks expenses by applicant/candidate level and employee
- Allows administrators to customize verbiage on the e-mail messages
- Allows users to e-mail potential interview times, applications, corporate material, job opening
status.
- Allows applicants/candidates to modify or replace their existing resume
- Hiring managers and recruiters can schedule interviews
- Hiring managers and recruiters can view communication history
- Allows administrators to create behavioral interview question sets per job opening
- Allows administrators to establish access levels in the system by role
- Allows users to enter and access secure Notes
- ability to automatically notify other areas of organization of new hire
- Tracks terminations by reason
- Maintains exit interview information
- Ability to predefine workflows and workflow tasks that vary according to the position being filled
- Ability for hires to return and update or correct their information after the initial submission
- Ability for the hiring manager to enter all required data on behalf of the contingent worker
- Ability to automatically notify other areas of organization of new hire
- Ability to provide electronic new hire packets, with ability to attach
- ability to assign employee performance objectives that align with your overall business strategy.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
