[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online marketing services to recruit police and related police positions Officers
- to develop a long-term contract with a qualified company to develop and implement a strategic online marketing plan for the recruitment of Police Officer Recruits, Police Officer Laterals, Communications Dispatchers, and other police positions,
- A current and comprehensive online marketing strategy which harnesses the power of social media, analytics, and other e-marketing tools to develop a successful recruitment program and attracts a diverse pool of qualified candidates is requested,
- Analyze and understand current Tempe Police recruitment marketing strategies to include review and evaluation of all existing online content and advertising and marketing materials,
- Create a comprehensive online advertising and marketing strategy,
- Creation of online advertising set up for social media and search engines to include targeting strategy, ad creation, selection of keywords, targeting of demographics, etc. to reach desired audience,
- Develop and implement a reporting and tracking system using analytics to measure success of campaign,
- Provide ongoing marketing support once initial program has been established to include ad content development, updates, etc
- A successful track record in working with a variety of clients in developing online advertising and marketing strategies,
- Demonstrated excellence in tracking and benchmarking digital advertising and marketing efforts,
- A strong understanding of advertising and marketing strategy with specific skill in digital advertising and marketing strategy;
- Exceptional skills in search engine optimization;
- Capable of tracking success of program through industry benchmarks and ROI analysis;
- Ensure any of the materials used in the Tempe recruitment program does not use a third party’s intellectual property without permission;
- Demonstrated ability to improve and strengthen a brand digitally;
- Ability to work effectively with others including at all levels of an organization;
- Possesses attention to detail and focus on execution;
- Experienced in digitally identifying and reaching the targeted online audience;
- The successful consultant shall maintain a high level of confidentiality with all features of this program.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
