[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bell software system.
- Synchronize bell schedule to calendar to allow for pre-scheduling the bells for known instances.
- Flexibility in scheduling access.
- Access for multiple users at each site to access and schedule bell system.
- Provide product support system with knowledgeable staff and reasonable times for service response.
- Provide end user training.
- Vendor hosted solution should be web-based, requiring no software installation on local client machines.
- District hosted defines the recommended, not minimum, server requirements to support its proposed solution.
- Define the recommended, not minimum, laptop or desktop requirements to support its proposed solution.
- The system is expected to utilize our existing bogen public announcement system for sound distribution.
- The system must provide robust auditing capabilities including logs, status errors, warnings, etc.
- Identify three common issues that occur during implementation and the strategies your company has implemented to avoid the issues in upcoming implementations.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 3, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
