[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Dental Plan Administration and Provider Network services to duplicate the current dental coverage and services provided,
- The City will also consider recommendations on improvements in plan design features that are proven to align the plans more competitively with current dental plan coverage levels and clinical dental standards e.g., adequacy of plan maximum dollar limits, frequency limitations and inclusion of currently uncovered services,
- Self-funded, ASO, preventive dental choice, dental choice,
- Active, full-time, and part-time benefit eligible employees, elected officials, eligible retirees, spouse/committed partners, dependent children to age 26, and COBRA participants, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
